All the pictures below were taken while walking around the Walhalla township and along the tramline walkway overlooking Walhalla. All the walks around the walhalla township are reasonably easy except for the walk to the Walhalla Cricket ground which is quite an effort. |

| Views from the Tramline walkway
overlooking Walhalla The tramline walk way at Walhalla is well worth the small effort to get up to the walkway and is best reached from the Walhalla camping ground at the north end of town and then followed past the Long Tunnel Gold Mine to the stairs down to the shops, the walkway with the views along the way including mining equipment and gold mines and also looking over the Walhalla township make it a well spent hour or so, and while you are up there time your walk to include a tour of the Long Tunnel Gold Mine as it is worth every cent of the tour cost. |
